All sales are FINAL. Items can only be exchanged for other sizes if available, they cannot be returned for refund or credit.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges: Should you need to make an exchange you can do so within 30 days of receiving your item. First, please call us at (310) 376-6300 or e-mail us at Support@BuzzerBeaterSports.com, and we will be able to assist you further with available sizes for your exchange. Then, fill out the exchange form included in your shipment and return the item via a trackable method to:

Please note that all items to be exchanged must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no exchange will be issued. Exchanges can only be made for the same product type in a different size.
Since lost shipments sent back for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. If you received the incorrect item or size, or you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, so we can help to resolve the issue quickly. If you have access to a camera and are able to take a photo and send it to us via e-mail to confirm the incorrect shipment or damage, this will also help us expedite the process for you.
If your shipment is returned to us because it is undeliverable, we will refund you for the item(s) purchased only and any associated tax and send you notification via e-mail of the refund.
